Best worry, Tracy flown in

Ireland have flown James Tracy to Rome ahead of their clash with Italy after Rory Best missed their captain’s run with a stomach bug.

The Leinster hooker was left out of his provincial side’s squad for this weekend’s meeting with Treviso and instead joined up with Ireland.

Ireland though are hopeful captain Best will be able to feature against the Azzurri, but should he miss out, Niall Scannell is likely to start.

The Munster hooker did not come off the bench against Scotland last week.
