Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi has named a strong 34-man squad ahead of their two-Test series against England, with just two uncapped players included.

Los Pumas come into the series in red-hot form, following a strong 28-24 victory over the British and Irish Lions, and now have some of their big guns back available as well.

The two-Test series begins on Saturday, July 5 in Buenos Aires, before heading to San Juan a week later.

Thomas Gallo, Francisco Gomez Kodela, Facundo Isa and Lautaro Simes all return to the wider pack after missing the Lions clash in Dublin, while uncapped Alfonso Latorre also comes into the backs unit.

Surprisingly, there is no room for the deadly half-back duo of Tomas Albornoz or Gonzalo Garcia, despite their outstanding performance on Friday night.

Elsewhere, Argentina will also be without star back-row Marcos Kremer, while lock Franco Molina and prop Joel Sclavi also miss out on the squad.

Uncapped forward Luciano Asevedo also remains with the squad after missing out on the match-day 23 last weekend.
