All Blacks announce new multi-year partnership in wake of INEOS legal dispute

New Zealand Rugby (NZR) have confirmed a new multi-year partnership with insurance firm Gallagher in the wake of their fallout with Jim Ratcliffe’s INEOS.
The governing body launched legal action against INEOS earlier this year after the company failed to make their first scheduled payment of 2025, but reached a settlement in April.
This new partnership is Gallagher’s latest involvement in rugby, with the insurance firm the title sponsors of the English Premiership.

Commenting on the news, NZR CEO Mark Robinson said: “This is a partnership that reflects the scale, ambition and passion for rugby both our organisations have.

This partnership helps solidify where we are heading, not just with our teams on field but as a sporting brand off the field too.”

As part of the new partnership, Gallagher becomes the official insurance broker of NZR, and the brand will appear on both the training and match day shorts of all NZR’s national teams, including the All Blacks, Black Ferns, Māori All Blacks and Sevens teams.
It also becomes the main jersey partner for New Zealand referees across all domestic competitions from 2026, including Super Rugby Pacific, Super Rugby Aupiki and Provincial Rugby.
