Aki ruled out by Connacht

Connacht will be without influential centre Bundee Aki for this week's clash with Treviso after he suffered a knee injury in a recent game.

Aki, who has been superb for the Irish province this season, sustained the injury during the win over Munster. He will continue to be assessed.

In other news from the squad, Tiernan O'Halloran, AJ MacGinty and Jake Heenan have all recovered from their respective lower limb injuries to resume full training. The trio are all expected to be available for selection this week as Connacht prepare to travel to Stadio Monigo.

However, prop Denis Buckley sustained a fracture to his ankle in training last Friday and is unavailable for at least the next two games.
