Luamanu set for hearing

Harlequins back-row Mat Luamanu will appear before an RFU Disciplinary panel charged with dangerous tackling, contrary to Law 10.4(e).

Luamanu received a yellow card from referee Craig Evans in the weekend's Anglo-Welsh Cup match against Exeter for a dangerous tackle on Will Hooley and was subsequently cited by the Independent Citing Commissioner. The incident occurred in the first-half of the match.

Luamanu will appear before a three-person RFU Discipline panel chaired by Sir James Dingemans in London on Tuesday, November 8 at 6.30pm.
