Jones available for Ospreys

Ospreys have been handed a major boost after it was confirmed that influential second-row Alun Wyn Jones will return against Munster.

Jones, 31, has been missing for the region since he suffered a shoulder injury whilst playing for Wales against France in the Six Nations.

But according to BBC Sport, the lock is available for the Ospreys for their PRO12 play-off semi-final with Munster at Thomond Park.

"As a player himself he's another galvanising force," said Ospreys backs coach Gruff Rees on what the returning Jones will offer them.

"In our carrying game, in our physicality and in the contact area he applies himself there, and brings others to the fore in that area."
