Jonathan Joseph ruled out of France clash
Jonathan Joseph will miss England’s Autumn Nations Cup final against France on Sunday due to a calf injury.
The 29-year-old, who usually plays as a centre, has been used on the wing in England’s last three Tests and sustained his injury during his team’s 24-13 victory over Wales at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday.
The Red Rose secured their place in the final after topping Group A thanks to that result and wins against Georgia and Ireland. France beat Scotland and Italy in Group B and were awarded a win against Fiji after they were unable to play due to a number of players testing positive for Covid-19.
