Former Springbok coach Jake White will renew his World Cup-winning partnership with Eddie Jones when the South African spends next week working with Saracens.
White will watch his former side in action at Twickenham against England on Saturday before joining up with Sarries.
He will then work with Jones and the Saracens squad in the week building up to the club's Guinness Premiership clash against Worcester Warriors at Vicarage Road on Sunday, November 30.
“Over the course of the week, Jake will have a look at how we do things and work with us using his invaluable experience to add value across all aspects of the organisation,” explained Jones, Saracens Director of Rugby.
“Continual improvement as a club is a real focus for us this season and to have someone like Jake come in for a few days is just another small step towards what we are trying to achieve as a team.”
Jones acted in a similar capacity during the 2007 World Cup with South Africa and White could spend further time with Saracens over the course of the season.
“We're talking to Jake about him working with us for further stints throughout the rest of the season, but those discussions are ongoing,” said Jones.
“Having worked very closely with Jake during the World Cup, I know that using his world rugby knowledge and insight of the game, even for just a few days, will help in the development of the club.”
Of course, White and Jones will be working together on December 3 as the pair will be coaching the Barbarians side that is facing the Wallabies at Wembley Stadium.
