Azzurri coach Nick Mallett has turned to the Petrarca back after Pablo Canavosio injured his left shoulder in the 16-11 defeat to Ireland at Croke Park.

Although Canavosio plays scrum-half for Castres, Mallett believes he has enough options for the numbr nine shirt.
