Israel Folau out of Brisbane clash
The Wallabies have suffered a further setback ahead of facing the Springboks in Brisbane after full-back Israel Folau was ruled out injured.
Folau injured his ankle against the All Blacks in Sydney’s Bledisloe Cup opener and missed the Wallabies’ match in Auckland with the issue.
He had been named in the starting line-up to face South Africa but has now joined David Pocock in missing the match at Suncorp Stadium.
Dane Haylett-Petty will once again move to the 15 slot while Jack Maddocks comes on to the wing. Tom Banks is now among the replacements.
