French players questioned by police

Seven French players are reportedly being questioned by police following a fight that took place in Edinburgh city centre on Sunday night.

The players were taken off their plane that was set to leave Edinburgh airport this morning.

In a statement the French rugby federation said: "The FFR confirms that some players are being interviewed by the Scottish authorities. We are waiting for more information."

One report says that all but four of France's players are being questioned.

Scotland beat France 32-26 in their Six Nations match at Murrayfield on Sunday, meaning les Bleus have now lost their opening two games.
