Francois Trinh-Duc to swap Toulon for Racing 92
Toulon fly-half Francois Trinh-Duc announced on Sunday that he will leave the club at the end of the season to join Top 14 rivals Racing 92.
According to an AFP report, the 32-year-old, who joined Toulon in 2016 after 12 seasons with Montpellier, has agreed a two-year deal with the Paris-based club.
“I have decided to join Racing 92 for the rest of my career,” Trinh-Duc said via a video message.
“I was very satisfied with the project proposed by the officials and coaches.”
Trinh-Duc has played in 66 Tests for France and becomes Racing’s third signing for the 2019/20 season after front-row Ali Oz from Grenoble and hooker Kevin le Guen from Pro D2 outfit Angouleme.
