Five changes from Japan

Japan head coach Jamie Joseph has made five changes to his starting line-up that will face Ireland at Shizuoka's Ecopa Stadium on Saturday.

With Harumichi Tatekawa, Akihito Yamada, Yu Chinen and Hitoshi Ono all out injured, William Tupou starts alongside Timothy Lafaele at centre, while Kotaro Matsushima comes in on the wing with Ya Tamura wearing the 10 jersey this week ahead of Jumpei Ogura.

Up front Keita Inagaki and Heiichiro Ito come in for Takuma Ashara and Koki Yamamoto at prop, with captain Shota Horie at hooker.
