Fenby off to Saracens
Saracens have secured the signature of utility-back Andrew Fenby on a short-term deal with immediate effect.
The former London Irish player, who can play on the wing and full-back, has joined the Allianz Park side on a three month contract after leaving the Exiles in the summer.
Fenby, 30, a qualified chartered accountant, played for Newcastle and Scarlets before joining Irish in 2013.
Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall lauded the player's experience and talent.
"With a number of injuries and suspensions to our backline we are very happy to bring a player of Andrew’s talent into the group. He’s 30-years of age and has played over 100 professional games in the Pro12 and the Premiership, so he is an experienced player. We feel that he can make a valuable contribution to our squad," McCall told the official Saracens website.
