Chistolini suspended for two weeks

Zebre prop Dario Chistolini has been suspended for two weeks for foul play during a PRO12 clash with Cardiff Blues in Cardiff on Friday.
A Disciplinary Panel convened in Dublin on Wednesday to consider the red card decision against Chistolini (No 18) of Zebre under Law 10.4 (a) – Punching.
The incident occurred during Zebre's Round 21 fixture against Cardiff Blues when the player was deemed to have committed an act of foul play against a Cardiff Blues player Sion Bennett (No 20) and shown a red card.
The Disciplinary Panel – Michael Coghlan (Chair), George Spotswood and Philip Orr (all Ireland) – accepted the player's admission of guilt and upon review, deemed the foul play was worthy of a mid-range entry point.
After full mitigation the panel gave a sanction of two games, the player is therefore unavailable for selection in the next two matches in which he is fit or eligible to play.
