Cheetahs name Ireland touring squad

Cheetahs coach Rory Duncan has named a 28-man squad for their tour of Ireland as they begin their PRO14 journey.

The Free State-based side kick off their campaign against Ulster at the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast on Friday (September 1), before facing Munster at Thomond Park the following week (September 9).

Unfortunately for the Cheetahs, regular captain Francois Venter is unavailable as he is on duty with the Springboks while Oupa Mohoje has been ruled out with a rib injury.
