Bristol sign ex-Wales U20 prop after Dragons release

Tighthead prop Nicky Thomas has returned to English Premiership side Bristol Bears on a one-year deal ahead of the 2019/20 season.
The front-rower, who has spent time on loan at the club for the past two seasons, has linked up with the squad permanently, having been released by the Dragons.
The 24-year-old has also represented Wales U20, Ospreys and Scarlets.
