Argentina make four changes

Argentina coach Daniel Hourcade has made four changes to his starting line-up for the Rugby Championship clash with Australia in Mendoza on Saturday.

Hourcade has rotated his scrum-half as Tomas Cubelli drops out of the matchday 23 with Martin Landajo wearing the number nine jersey.

Cubelli sustained a fractured vertebrae and disc hernia in last week’s 36-10 defeat to the All Blacks. Gonzalo Bertranou takes his place as reserve scrum-half on the replacements bench.

Meanwhile, there has been an overhaul in the lock department as Matias Alemanno and Marcos Kremer replace Tomas Lavanini and Guido Petti.

After Lavanini’s many indiscretions, it appears Hourcade has finally lost his cool. Lavanini received two yellow cards against South Africa and one yellow card against Australia in the two Rugby Championship matches he has featured in.
