Santiago Cordero will make his first start for Argentina when the Pumas face Wales in one of four changes to the side.
Cordero, 19, was a replacement against England last weekend having made his name in Sevens. He replaces Juan Imhoff on the left wing.
Manuel Carizza starts in the second row in place of Mariano Galarza, with Martin Landajo getting the nod over Tomas Cubelli at scrum-half.
The final change for the Pumas sees JoaquÃn Tuculet come in at full-back for Lucas González Amorosino, as Daniel Hourcade tinkers with his side for only his second match in charge.
Argentina produced an improved second-half performance against England last weekend, but were well-beaten 31-12 at Twickenham.
Hourcade will be hoping that Argentina can replicate last year's 26-12 success in Cardiff.
