France have suffered another setback ahead of their November Tests after Vincent Debaty was ruled out with 'flu and is replaced by Eddy Ben Arous.

The 32-year-old Clermont prop, who has 18 caps, has dropped out of the squad with the illness so Arous joined up with les Bleus on Tuesday.

France have already lost fellow loosehead prop Thomas Domingo ahead of the upcoming series.
