Three penalties: Ihaia West
Ihaia West was the hero for Hawke's Bay for the second successive week on Saturday as his penalties helped his side beat Otago 21-15 in Napier.
The Magpies struck a total of seven penalties, which arrived through the boot of first Andrew Horrell (four) and then a treble from fly-half West.
Otago number ten Hayden Parker struck five penalties in reply for his side as both outfits struggled in the wet conditions at McLean Park.
