Jonny Wilkinson: Three drop goals

Racing-Metro came from behind to edge Toulon 15-12 in a Top 14 match featuring no less than six drop goals on Sunday.

Toulon led 12-3 at half time thanks to three Jonny Wilkinson drops goals and a penalty.

But the hosts replied in the second half with three drops of their own courtesy of fly-half Jonathan Wisniewski and Springbok full-back Frans Steyn.

Wilko failed with two late drop goal attempts as Toulon miss out on taking revenge for their loss at home to racing earlier this season.

The result takes Racing to second in the Top 14 standings, two point behind leaders Toulouse.

A losing bonus point for RCT moves them up to sixth in a very congested mid-table.
