Louis Picamoles, Yannick Nyanga and Luke McAlister will play no part for Toulouse in this weekend's fixture against Oyonnax.
French internationals Picamoles and Nyanga both missed last weekend's 16-9 win over Brive.
Nyanga is still suffering from the sprained ankle he picked up in the loss to Toulon two weeks ago in the Top 14, which kept him out of the Heineken Cup quarter-final defeat to Munster.
Picamoles was also injured in that loss to Toulon, damaging his hip, with neither player set to be risked this weekend.
McAlister meanwhile suffered a small tear to his thigh in the victory over Brive and while not serious his return date is unknown.
"I don't think they'll be back for this match," said Toulouse boss Guy Novés.
"Nyanga will be tested this week but I'm not sure of anything, while Louis I'm certain won't be ready.
"Luke has had a small tear to his thigh but we don't know how long he will be out for."
Toulouse are currently 5th in the Top 14, eight points behind leaders Montpellier and tied with champions Castres.
