Stade Fran ais s French scrum half Julien Dupuy

Starting for Stade: Julien Dupuy

Stade Français and Biarritz have named their respective starting XVs for Friday's Top 14 clash at Stade Jean Bouin in Paris.

Stade Français have made four changes to the side that beat Perpignan 28-17 last week including a return for Hugo Bonneval at full-back, Julien Arias on the wing and Julien Dupuy at scrum-half.

Springbok fly-half Morne Steyn is on the bench alongside countryman Meyer Bosman.

Meanwhile, Biarritz welcome back former French international Benoît Baby in midfield. There is a change in the half-back pairing as Julien Peyrelongue and Yann Lesgourgues take over from Dimitri Yachvili and Daniel Waenga, who are both on the bench.

Recently arrived former Stormers full-back Joe Pietersen has not been included.

Stade winning anything away from home over the last few years in the Top 14 has become somewhat of an enigma, so consistency is obviously the Parisians' main requirement at the moment.

The Basque side downed Montpellier last weekend in a boosting victory, but have to consider themselves a touch lucky considering Fabien Galthié's visiting side had four tries disallowed.

The glory days of Stade and Biarritz feel a long way behind them, but perhaps the 2013-2014 campaign might not be as bleak for either side as many are predicting. Biarritz certainly have the talent out wide, if they can win enough ball, to cause some trouble.
