Italy coach Jacques Brunel has made seven changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's Test against Samoa at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit in South Africa.
There are four changes to the back-line and three more to the pack that lost heavily to the Springboks last week.
Luciano Orquera returns to the fly-half berth while veteren centres Gonzalo Canale and Gonzalo Garcia team up in midfield. Treviso wing Tommaso Iannone wins his third cap after making his debut in November. Alberto Di bernardo and Luke Mclean drop to the bench.
Up front, Martin Castrogiovanni returns at tighhead prop ahead of Lorenzo Cittadini while Valerio Bernabo starts in place of Antonio Pavanello in the second row.
Mauro Bergamasco is back in the loose trio to make his first start in the number seven jersey in almost a year.
There are more changes amongst the replacements in the form of hooker Andrea Manici, prop Michele Rizzo and loose forward Manoa Vosawai.
