The islanders will be looking to back up last weekend's victory over Scotland when they face the Azzurri at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.

Three changes come on the bench as Clermont hooker Ti'i Paulo takes over from Manu Leiataua, lock Kane Thompson comes in for Faatiga Lemalu and uncapped loose forward Piula Faasalele will replace Alafoti Faosiliva.
