@ georgesmith,

I have to disagree with you. Deans is actually making a fantastic job with poor resources at his disposal.

Go no further than Austrilia's franchises performance in Super Rugby to see the limited depth of talent in Australia at this time. Or, for that matter, the very limited succes in the junior world cups. Truly surprising, but it is the hard truth.

More pain awaits next week I am afraid!, a few players need to be swapped here and there and maybe a positional change or 2 especially in the case of AAC... we'll be lucky to lose by 15 or less next week, and that is a depressing thought!?

Thought Hansens game plan was fantastic and the Wallabies fell for it and marked SBW and Nonu. Can't understand why teams insist on marking individual ABs when their are 14 other brilliant players in that team looking for opportunities. Richie had a sublime game and good to see he's not becoming complacent and he's not wanting his team too either. Yes they are aware of Genias talent but they have have the ability to mark up on him as well as looking out for the rest of the Wallabies. Great performance by our wee bit rusty AllBlacks.......

Wallaroo - unfortunately it's those players around him . . . they take forever to organise themselves for an 'attack' while he waits at base of ruck, giving ample time for opposition to regroup in defence - for every time the Oz commentators raved about NZ's defence - it was gifted to them by the slowness of ball he was asked/able to deliver. That will have to change when the 5 second rule introduced, the 5-minute (!) delay has to go.

Just goes to show what a fantastic player Genia is, despite every effort to nullify him he was still one of our stand-out players.

R. Deans has been let down on so many times by such 'errors' most by his favourite hopeless players like N.Sharpe, S.Kepu, D.Dennis, K.Beale and D. Pocock. Did anybody count how many turnovers did D.Pocock force? Ans: zero. I fail to understand why especially against ABs, R. Deans doesn't ring the changes. Clearly, your team is down with 20-25mins left, shouldn't you opt for fresh legs. I think R. Deans doesn't want Australia to win. What kind of a coach doesn't even trust his 22? Ans: A real hopeless coach. M.Hooper was wasted. The coach should have the balls to pull out D.Pocock because of non-performance and try M.Hooper. What is the sense of keeping M.Hooper always on the bench? Time to sack R.Deans.
