Yeah well he played all right and they (the Highlanders and England) would not have called on him if they thought he was complete pants. Yes he needs to sort out his hot head but I still feel he has some grunt in the engine, and is that not what you need against a physical team like SA. His last game for the Highlanders he was heading for a Man of the match before his brain implosion. Haskell aside England picked up a good one in Thomas Waldron, could so easily have been an All Black once upon a time.

Jonesy2... Jammie Joseph is not one to pick foreign players ahead of local talent, if they are available. So Haskell was never going to walk into the team, indiscretions aside, do you really think he played badly when he was on the field?
