Stade Français recorded a come-from-behind win to secure an Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final spot after beating Montpellier 32-28.

Stade Français recorded a come-from-behind Amlin Challenge Cup win to secure a semi-final spot after beating Montpellier 32-28 on Friday.

Montpellier had taken an early lead via a score from Dimitri Pelo and Benoit Paillauge adding eleven points from the kicking tee.

However, Scotland international Hugo Southwell and England second-row Tom Palmer helped the Parisians back into the contest.

Antoine Burban's score followed a penalty try for Stade Français plus a conversion and two penalties from Lionel Beauxis sealed the win. The hosts will now face Clermont Auvergne in the last four of the competition.
