bokbevok: IRB Pacific Nations Cup, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and Japan. Japan won last year.
IRB Pacific Rugby Cup - Samoa/Fiji/Tonga 'A' teams and Oz/NZ Super rugby development teams - Fiji Warriors won 2010.
Oceania Cup - nine smaller Pacific Island countries - Papua New Guinea won last year.
Like the just completed Asian 5 Nations they don't get much publicity. Japan beat S Korea in the final a couple of weeks ago.

This is great, they could have African nations cup excluding SA, the Americas cup similar to Churchill cup but excluding england. Also pacific islanders cup, not sure if there isn't,t one already.
If enough money was injected into the pacific islands they wouldnt need to go to Nz but also we could have another 2 possibly 3 really contenders for the world cup challenge.
I think this would be great for world rugby. Keep up the good work,

So good to see the IRB funding tier2 nations tours ,so they can gain experiance and improve .If they continue closing the gap on the tier 1 nations 2015 is going to be a really competative championship ,lets hope so anyway
