Super 14 - Give SA and Aussie both an extra team, include two teams from Argentina and The Pacific Islands. Play in two pools, top 4 qualify for quater finals. Shield Competition for rest, like in 7's.

I for one have always been a massive supporter of the Puma and I'm really happy that they've been let in. Issues of whether they'll be released by their northern hemisphere employers are very real. I'm not sure which should have come first but I guess if 4 nations works then super 15 (or 16) will be the logical next step. Regular game time is the only way to improve the rugby standard in Argentina and boost the national pride a bit. I really can't wait to watch the first home game in Buenos Aires. In fact I might just start booking my ticket. Congratulations once again.

Great news for the Argies. They do deserve an annual competition. The Tri-Nations will be super tough for them, especially on the first three years, but the end result can make Argentina a super power house of rugby in the next eight years.
Congrats Pumas.

Great news, extra trip in winter !!
There is a great flight with Malaysian airways, Brisbane (australia or NZ) to Jo'burg to Cape Town to Buenos Aires and back same way and via kuala Lumpur before home. Just hope the fixtures fit in.

Excellent news. Aside from bringing a fresh element to a competition that's been struggling with its format in the last few years, this will complicate matters for the Wallabies and all Blacks, who hitherto have had things much their own way in terms of travelling.

Great news and well overdue. Congratulations to the Pumas and can't wait to see the Argentinian players step up to Super 14 (or 15) level from that dross they are being forced to play in the NH.
Welcome!

Fantasic, better late than never, lets hope that this does go ahead. It might take some reorganising of the northern Hem's schedule as i find it hard to believe that the best Arg players will be tempeted away form the NH money, but if there is a arrangement that free's them up during the 4 nations that would be ideal!
A full Arg team in the tri naitons is great for Argentina and the game of rugby

Fantastic news IRB. Welcome Argies! Got any good refs? Try to get some of your blokes on the citing commission. LOL.
