@Pearcewreck - Sure the most consistant team is usually NZ but sevens throws up far more potential tournament winners than there would be in the 15's.
NZ, South Africa, Samoa, Fiji, England, Australia, Argentina, France, & Wales have all won tournaments.
Kenya & USA have made the cup final before along with a host of other emerging nations that have at least made the cup QF's before. From memory I can think of Russia, Spain, Canada, Portugal, & Tonga.
And there has been results like Kenya beating NZ, Portugal beating England, & Zimbabwe beating France.
So if you consider that predictable then you must hate international 15's.
