Griquas coach Pote Human has made two changes to his starting XV for Friday's clash with the Bulls in Pretoria.
The loss of stalwarts Rynardt Landman and Marnus Schoeman due to injury has forced Human to reshuffle the Kimberley-based outfit's pack.
Landman broke his thumb in Griquas' shock victory over the Sharks in Durban last weekend and will be out of action for at least six weeks.
Schoeman, meanwhile, pulled a hamstring in the same game and will be sidelined for at least two weeks.
"The loss of Ligtoring and Marnus is a heavy blow to our campaign," Human said on Tuesday.
"But we trust guys like Jaco Nepgen and Hilton Lobberts will put their hands up, while we believe that Carel Greeff deserves a chance after a good stint as impact player against the Sharks."
Nepgen moves into Landman's spot, with Lobberts moving from flank to lock.
Greeff and Jonathan Adendorf will start at the sides of the scrum with Burger Schoeman retaining his place as eighth man.
RJ Liebenberg comes onto the bench in place of Greeff, while loose forward Leon Karemaker rounds-off the matchday 22 after recovering from a lengthy knee injury.
The back-line remains unchanged and will again feature youngster Howard Mnisi at inside centre.
Mnisi, who played Varsity Cup rugby for the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University earlier this year, had an impressive game against the Sharks and will be vital for the game against the Bulls.
Griquas: 15 Gouws Prinsloo, 14 Nico Scheepers, 13 JP Nel, 12 Howard Mnisi, 11 PJ Vermeulen, 10 Francois Brummer, 9 Jacques Coetzee, 8 Burger Schoeman, 7 Jonathan Adendorf, 6 Carel Greeff, 5 Jaco Nepgen, 4 Hilton Lobberts, 3 Lourens Adriaanse, 2 Ryno Barnes (c), 1 Steph Roberts.
