@leinster_goy

So you remember me!

I have a pic of me amongst my peach trees when I lived in California. The taste of those beauties!

Glad you like the boys in the backs.

But all natural, one from USA, beach boys and all that, the other prematurally white.

@ Rugbyrockstar.

Owens penalised Ulster less than Leinster. They were certainly not reffed off the pitch.

I too hope it is not down to the ref.

Hear what you say about the yellow cards, and yes, you are correct.

Too many chances for cheats.

Once gave a yellow in the first 2 minutes of a sevens tournament in Poland, screams from the team. 2nd game next ref did the same (they were both warranted), teams knew zero tolerance for cheats that day.

Told by the finalists later, teams knew where they had stood, and the day went well.

Amazing thing about Leinster is that they're improving as the season draws to a close, really can't see them being sucker punched in this final

I was bitterly disappointed when Ospreys beat Leinster in the final in the RDS two years back to win the Celtic League. Leinster hadn't lost at home in the league all season. Was supremely confident of the win...

Ospreys have beaten Leinster home and away this season.

No one will be taking this game for granted.

I fear the Ospreys much more than I feared Ulster. Losing in the final again would be a tough one to digest though, and the Leinster squad seems more focused this time around.

You have to go with Leinster, they are a great side and worthy euro champs. But the ospreys know how to ruck, know their way around a destructive blitz defense and have players who can scrore from anywhere. I just hope that they don't get whistled off the park if they make it competative but as the underdogs "They aren't supposed to be making this hard for leinster so they must be cheating!" No. Heads up officiating please, with no preconcieved perceptions about who's going to win. Something we certainly DIDN'T have in the Eurocup final and no, I don't support Ulster, (or ospreys) I just want a fair and decent final rather than having the ref throw out the red carpet for Leinster to stroll across like Owens did. I'm not having a pop at brilliant Leinster, but I think they are good enough to win without the help of inept referees who let what they read in the newspapers influence their decisions on the pitch.

Oh and please use the yellow card properly ref and don't give warnings. referees who give warning upon warning and wait unit 60+ minutes to produce a yellow card should be demoted to reffing the over 60 3rd's at grass roots level becasue they'll probably score as many tires as professional will under the ref's officiating. we've had the yellow card in the sport for 11 years, its a good idea, how come after 11 years the referee still can't get their heads around what is a very simple and brilliant philospohy. GET RID OF THE CHEATS AND THE GAME WILL FLOW!!!! after 11years players don't need warnings. Talk about inept. You wouldn't give 11 years worth of cautions when it becomes illiegal not to drive without a seat belt that would be insane. why are we still warning players that they can't be cynical? its the height of apathy and just says to everyone that rugby union is just after your ticket money and after that they'll just go through the motions.

If you have a Sky system, you will be able to find it with all the regional BBC stations at the end of the listings.

English commentary on the red button.

If it is Rick O'Shea, be prepared to be bored by his constant chatter.

The man does not realise it is TV, and we can see what is going on.

I see the Osprey very very good, they anihilated Munster like no others in the past.

It was a great show their semi final. What a game indeed it was.

The final is gonna be a cracker.

O's to win.

If only to put that upstart leinster girl in her place.

:-)

you know it makes sense.

But, ( there always is a bit!)

great season for Leinster.

Some lucky calls, but I'd accept them for my team too!

Scrum's got to be a worry particularly if Poite is refereeing (I think I read somewhere that he was).

As a Leinster fan I'm very fearful of Ospreys. They beat us twice this year, the only team to beat us apart from Glasgow. We got our 'revenge' on them in the semi, now it's the Ospreys turn.

They'll certainly be looking at the fact they've beaten us as a bit of inspiration, but the fact they'll be playing a full strength squad will be different animal all together. I expect them to make an absolute nuisance of themselves at the breakdown, and will unleash their strike runners early on.

I think their biggest threat will come from Biggar and Beck. Beck's form has been outstanding, and BOD and Darce will need to be at their best to isolate that. I think they'll nullify Sexton's rush defence by playing a tight but pacey game. I wouldn't be surprised to see both sides inflict some serious damage with some early tries and then it'll probably be a question of conditioning. If Leinster put out a team anything near the one they put out against Ulster I think we might be okay...

But we have every reason to be fearful!

I don't think its possible for Leinster to lose 3 times, to the same team, in one season. Not forgetting that this will be their 'third' Pro12 final in a row, I don't think they'll want to lose it again !

Go on Ospreys! I'd love to see shane get one final shot at winning the pro 12 and to actually do it would be even better...
