Whom are you kidding J. Plumtree. Fatigue is for real. It will be hard for your team and I seriously don't see how Sharks will be spared unless there is some real good recovery plan. Chiefs will win it and if Sharks not careful, it wil be a thrashing..

forget the 'travel factor' and hope it doesn't become the excuse of 2012. These teams make the journey SA-NZ so many times each year, Super rugby and internationals, professional players with professional management to best minimise the effects.

On with the rugby.

If the chiefs are able to maintain the frenetic pace from last weekend, the Sharks will be found out. I expect the Sharks will revert to dour footy at some stage as their legs tire. Its become clear this year that a team needs a backline with strike power to success aided by a mobile backrow and generally competent scrum. I'd even add that lineout parity is not so important but winning turnover ball is.

I believe that the Sharks forwards can dominate most sides including the Chiefs. So long as the Sharks don't kick the ball away, Michelak can keep his head and their midfield defend well, then they can win. It's final rugby, no room for mistakes and keeping it tight and focus send; even the Chiefs won't risk throwing the ball around in the final. I'm confiddent that the likes of Bismark, Beast, Jannie, Alberts etc will put their bodies on the line and forget about jet lag and travel - they are as good as any forwards on Earth and experienced. I'm sad the Stormers lost, but hope the Sharks can do it it for SA and boost the Bokke ahead of the 4N.

I thought the travel factor would've overcome them in Cape Town but that was not the case, in fact they looked sharper and more determined than their opposition. However not sure that this won't be the straw, if not then they fully deserve to win the title.

Its becoming a legacy now of the Sharks. Play crap rugby in the start of the comp. Come all right toward the end. Come 6th. Bow out early or eliminate the best chance for SA to win the comp.

But no denying they have played well in the last couple of weeks. But the travel factor will be huge to deal with for the final.
