@three6three - I seem to remember that he hardly played for the u20's - though he certainly scored a lot of points relative to the few minutes he did play. I remember thinking a few years ago, when he looked like he had little chance of playing for the Hurricanes that NH teams should have made him an offer he couldn't refuse. They would be smiling now with his form!

Andre Taylor was a devastating player when he played on the wing for the New Zealand U20 team a few years ago.... he had pace, ran with great balance and had the ability to be in the right place at the right time.... He has shown all of these skills this season with the Hurricanes.... he deserves a start at the next level on this season's form alone...... what an outstanding season he is having!

Good signing for both player and club...if he doesn't get selected for the All Blacks on continuing form like this then he's free to leave a year before the world cup and seek an oversea's contract with a team that will pay it's worth (and more in the case of the top 14) for his talent.
