It's that time of week where we put our heads on the chopping block with Planet Rugby's predictions from both hemispheres.
The finishing line in the race for playoff spots and semi-finals is in sight across Europe, with some seriously important clashes in the Premiership and PRO12, while there are several teams below the Equator with points to prove and scores to settle this week.
With so much at stake, plenty rugby betting opportunities are there to be had.
Letís get started.
Glasgow Warriors v Ulster: Both teams are high on confidence, with the hosts pulling off a comprehensive win at Thomond Park and the visitors dishing out a 50-point thrashing to Connacht last weekend. The packs appear even and well-matched, so much will hinge on youthful pivots Finn Russell and Paddy Jackson and their respective game-management capabilities. Though Ulster are good value at 13/10, we reckon the offered (-3) handicap on a home win is your best bet at 10/11 with Paddy Power; we fancy the Warriors to win a low-scoring encounter by five points or less.
Other SuperBru Pro12 predictions:
Leinster v Treviso: Leinster by 20
Zebre v Edinburgh: Edinburgh by 5
Connacht v Munster: Munster by 10
Cardiff Blues v Scarlets: Scarlets by 5
Dragons v Ospreys: Ospreys by 12
Harlequins v Leicester Tigers: Quins are still in contention for a playoff spot, and beating the Tigers would give their hopes of reaching the top four a huge boost. This one sees two of the leagueís most exciting backlines go head-to-head, with Mike Brown and Danny Care up against Manu Tuilagi and Niki Goneva. Predicting a first scorer is therefore tricky, but we like the big Fijian's 8/1 tag and he tops the charts with nine tries this season. We think the visitors will end Quins' seven-game unbeaten home record, but it won't be by much. A few bob on a 1-5 winning margin at 4/1 is your best option; if you're feeling adventurous, then go for 6-10 at 5/1. Our money will be on a Tigers win by four.
Other SuperBruPremiership predictions:
Bath v Worcester Warriors: Bath by 15
Exeter Chiefs v Sale Sharks: Sale by 4
London Wasps v Gloucester: Wasps by 6
Northampton Saints v London Irish: Saints by 12
Newcastle Falcons v Saracens: Sarries by 15
Stormers v Lions: My goodness, do the Stormers need a win. After last weekendís bye, the hope for their fans is that they are regrouped and refreshed ahead of the Lions' visit to Newlands, with Gert Smalís influence shoring up the set-piece. The reality is that this is likely to be a case of Lions attack versus Stormers defence and and it shouldn't be high-scoring. We reckon you could do an awful lot worse than sticking a few quid on an away win by 1-12 points at 16/5, with the hosts' wretched form and crisis of confidence telling. This is a game the Stormers and Allister Coetzee simply have to win with the pressure mounting and for that reason, we think they'll squeak home off the back of solid defence and a lot of penalties. Stormers by 5.

Waratahs v Bulls: ëTahs by 10
Sharks v Cheetahs: Sharks by 20
