Sidelined: Charlie Hodgson
Saracens fly-half Charlie Hodgson has been ruled out for "a number of weeks" after suffering a fractured cheekbone against London Wasps.
The news leaves Saracens with few alternatives at fly-half given that Owen Farrell and Alex Goode are currently away with England, meaning Nils Mordt and academy player Sam Stanley are their two remaining options.
Hodgson has been in excellent form so far this season, scoring 90 points, but now Saracens are expected to be without him for their crucial Heineken Cup double header against Munster.
The former England fly-half retired from international rugby following the tour to South Africa in June.

That'll make a dent in Saracen's plans. Its a big chance for Owen Farrel though. Charlie has blown him off the park as far as being the form 10 for Saracens. Now its time to deliver. Andy Goode could stand in if things get really bad, but that depends on his availability given he's challenging Mike Brown for the England 15 shirt. I think its hero time for Owen.
