wasn't this the deal with Sarries, their relationship with whichever Bok franchise bought a stakeholding meant that there would be a fairly free movement of labour between. I guess that it also helped out with the salary cap.

Pretty sure Nick Blofeld (still cannot say the name without thinking of Bond villains) made a comment about "new collaborations" with South African rugby too.
