Sort it out Danny! You have too much talent to p**s it against the steps of any hotel. England need you and you therefore need to become squeeky clean. Please also sort out that haircut!

My sympathetic comment: the police and the media want to kick this man while he's down.
My tabloid comment incorporating the new regime in English rugby: I wonder what Danny's school reports were like? Maybe something like this - English: Comprehension poor. Doesn't understand the meaning of simple phrases like "Elite Rugby Squad".

He really needs to sort himself out. This is becoming something of a regular occurance. I had hoped that he would have learnt his lesson by now but clearly not.
I always rated care as a player but he's in jeopardy of throwing his career down the pan.
He should not be putting himself in these positions. End of.

Come on guys...This happens to all us every single time you go out. I feel it for Danny on this one.
I hate to hold my bladder and often you take a cub or a bus and wait ages before get home. It's un utmost unpleasent feeling and you just want to realise. You just have to be little clever and get to that dark tight corner and do it.
All the leadies complaing or that finds this article shocking, well you must be a bigot or forgot your nature.

Have to disagree with the posters who say this is nothing. It would have been nothing were it not for the recent history of the man and his behaviour around drink. I will be the first to defend anyone against the sensationalism of journos (and did after the drink driving incident). BUT you now have a man who should be nowhere near a pub if for no other reason than to avoid the associated publicity. That he is still prepared to put himself through this has now gone beyond naivety and could be highlighting a problem.

@ Headhunter99 - couldn't they just base it in and around Guildford, Surrey? There's cobbled streets, a river, a castle, a cathedral, hills and loads of places to wee...
Allegedly.

@APV1 & @westywales
If you could find a way of including Zac Guildford in there you'll have the makings of an Oscar winning film. A prize for the best title.

@ westywales - Brilliant! Perhaps he could get Andy Powell to drive him everywhere in a golf cart. And, in the case of a water crossing, Freddie Flintoff could be on hand...

Come on TV bosses, somebody give Danny Care one of those reality shows where they follow him around, drunk and pissing everywhere with his mates trying to hide his car keys and a clumsy theme tune. They could call it 'Care in the Community'.

It's time people stopped making excuses for behaviour like this - Britain's towns and cities already resemble a huge public toilet after midnight most weekends. I doubt those who dismiss this kind of behaviour would be as generous if the same drunken ****** was caught pissing on their doorstep. He's an adult and a public figure (of sorts), if he wants respect and a place in the England team he needs to shape-up and act like a grown up. And I don't buy the small bladder line. It was 3:00am when 'brains' got nicked. I doubt very much that he'd been nursing his way through a couple of Perriers for the past 4 hours. Grow up son!

Headline news. Man has a pee. What a scoop. Headline should probably read, 'Police clearly not busy at all in Leeds because the north of England is such a crime free area'... I need a poo but haven't been offered the England 9 shirt. Who is going to report this?

In Ireland, if a player got in trouble the cops would pick him up and drop him home on the quiet. Why do the English not look after their own?

We've all done it, but we're not all in the public eye. And that makes a massive difference.
Youngs had a better weekend and Dickson and Simpson are on good form too. DC's going to have to work VERY hard to get back on the radar.

Will there be an investigation as to how this story reached the press. Is this yet another case of a 'bent' copper getting paid for telling a newspaper. It should be investigated and if a copper leaked this story he/she should be charged and sacked!

Like every major town and city in the UK Leeds has many public toilets open all hours as we all know. it's an easy pull, no matter who is involved, but an offence born out of lack of facilities rather than criminal intent. Newsworthy, no give us a break.

Oh Danny, Danny, Danny!!!
The first thing you need to do is admit you have a problem then maybe you can get help.
Yes we have all done what he has but not after his two other cautions.
The friends he was out with need to have a word with themselves as well, or he needs to look who he is surrounding himself with.
