Preview: Treviso v Ospreys

18th January 2013 08:24

Dan biggar Ospreys

At 10: Dan Biggar

The Ospreys will be without in-form openside flanker Justin Tipuric for their trip to face Treviso in the final Heineken Cup game of both's season.

Sam Lewis will instead start in the number seven jersey for Sunday's match as Tipuric is not in the matchday 23, which was announced on Friday.

Half-back pair Kahn Fotuali'i and Dan Biggar remain in tandem for what will be a testing afternoon in Italy against their PRO12 rivals.

Richard Hibbard is also not in the matchday squad for the game as injury rules him out so Scott Baldwin gets a start in the hooking jersey.

Treviso meanwhile will be buoyed for how they held Toulouse for a long spell in last week's Pool fixture and are boosted by the return of Italian international Luke McLean to their full-back shirt.

Alberto Sgarbi also returns at centre, replacing Andrea Pratichetti, while Kristopher Burton and Edoardo Gori are back in the half-backs, taking over from Luca Morisi and Tobias Botes.
