Sam Warburton: Back at seven

Sam Warburton has been named in Cardiff Blues' starting XV for Saturday's Heineken Cup clash with Montpellier at Stade Yves-du-Manoir.

Warburton starts at openside having overcome a chest infection. Thi sees Josh Navidi moving to blindside and Robin Copeland drops down to the bench.

Cardiff have made four other changes to the starting XV that lost to Montpellier last Sunday.

There is a brand new front row with Benoit Bourrust, Rhys Williams and Taufa'ao Filise all starting and Marc Breeze, Sam Hobbs and Scott Andrews all moving to the bench.

There is one change in the backs with Lewis Jones starting at scrum-half in place of the suspended Lloyd Williams.

The Blues are still without Leigh Halfpenny, Bradley Davies, Jamie Roberts, Andi Kyriacou, Michael Paterson, Chris Czekaj, Dan Fish and Tom James who all suffered medium term injuries.

Meanwhile, Montpellier have made several changes to their side as Martin Bustos Moyano, Timoci Nagusa, Matt Carraro, Yoan Audrin, Julien Tomas, Kelian Galletier, Mickael Demarco, Juan Figallo, Rassie van Vuuren and Yvan Watremez all come in for starts.
