Im not sure where you got bigoted from. The simple fact is Scotland has only 2 pro teams; the bottom line is we cannot afford to waste a single starting spot on players not qualified for Scotland, especially considering the recent results of the national team.

Can only be a good thing for Scottish rugby. At least players who are actually qualified to play for Scotland can get a game and push for national selection.
