Contempomi was not physically up for the challenge, he is actually walking slowly out of international rugby and Leguizamon was injured, This is only a learning curve for the lads, getting use to the tournament may require a couple of test with a little flexibility from referee considering 100% of the squad play's northern hemisphere.....
Springboks showed a lesson of capitalizing opposition mistakes + tremendous physicality, they were quite predictable with the ball, but still, they do basic things with a perfect execution.
To afford this competition the Pumas are going to need a regular kicker to the posts. Hernandez is a key player, but not naturally a kicker. Story could change on 2nd Half but missed to post 3 clear penalties with Bosch taking 1 of them.
Argentina match at home shouldl have a closer result .

It's a bit ridiculas that Argentina get the call up to join the Big Three and arent even able to filed their best team...I mean they are gona be kicking crap up hill for the first few years at least so need all the help they can get.
I thought they did OK against the Boks stopped them from getting a bonus point which has helped the ABs no end. But to be honest if it wasnt for the rolling mall and the odd up and under their attack was non existent, and that just wont cut it. They might push the OZ's but thats not a big deal considering how bad they are at the moment as well. I do wish the Argies all the best though, it's nice to see these three teams playing against someone else for a change.

Think Leguizamon is injured, but I reckon Contepomi might get a call up as long as contractual obligations don't clash, its a long tournament

Overall a fair call, although Carizza should have got 6/10 for his defence which was immense.
