Italy have recalled influential captain Sergio Parisse to their side but will be without prop Martin Castrogiovanni for Saturday's clash with England.
Parisse returns to the XV after having been rested for the Six Nations fixture against Ireland at the Aviva Stadium, which the Azzurri lost 46-7.
He takes the place of Paul Derbyshire in the team as Robert Barbieri moves to the number seven jersey alongside the in-form Joshua Furno.
Otherwise the starting line-up is unchanged except for two new props being named, as in come Lorenzo Cittadini and Matias Aguero, replacing Castrogiovanni and Alberto de Marchi.
Italy are looking for their first win of the Six Nations campaign after losing all four games thus far.
