Both New Zealand and England will be without alot of their U20 stars as SL is going to take an extended squad to SA and i expect a few of the present U20s will go on that .Stuill should be a cracking tourament though and its hard to see any winner except the Baby Blacks lolbut as an englishman i live in hope lol

No Cane, Perenara- also Joe Webber, Visinia, Ardie Savea I thought would have got a look in. Maybe a case of so many good players they left these last 3 out as they are eligible still in 2013.
The aussies and boks teams will have lots of S15 younguns and Sevens players.
That may count against NZ this time.
