If Wayne Smith is serious about committing to England up until the next RWC then this could be a very interesting situation. At least England would then be moving in the right direction.... the next challenge would be to play with greater continuity and working with the forwards on winning quick ball for the talented, well coached back line.... it would certainly be a departure from the England team of recent vintage. World rugby needs a strong England team!
