Big fish: Luke Charteris

Racing Metro have confirmed the arrival of a handful of big name players including Johan Goosen, Luke Charteris and Antonie Claassen.

Wales lock Charteris joins the exodus from Perpignan on a two-year contract with an option for a third while Springbok fly-half Goosen has inked a three-year deal with the Parisian club.

Loose forward Claassen is joined by fellow French international Brice Dulin and prop Anton Peikrishvili in heading north from beaten Top 14 finalists Castres.

Former All Black Casey Laulala arrives from Munster while promising winger Teddy Thomas joins from relegated Biarritz.
