To be honest the Australia result should be ignorned by the scottish players except it was a terrific morale boosterThe 2 games against Fiji and Samoa ,are alot more important to scottish rugby imo. They are playing teams around them in the rankings ,espically Samoa. So any losses and Scotland risk being in band 3 come the RWC draw in December .Two wins though may be enough for Scotland to push their way into the top 8 in the IRB rankings thus they may avoid facing 2 of the powerhouses in the next RWC in the pool stages.Of couse a descent aurtum series would help cerment that position ,but 1st they have to be in that position

It's a long road for Scottish rugby and its fans. Kellock and Andy Robinson have the right idea though, start by winning games even if it's just by a point or two. I've forgotten what it was like to see Scotland thrash someone but I'll stay patient! We'll need Kellock and Strokosch to front up big style to take on the islanders physically. I'd like to see Duncan Weir get a chance off the bench too.
