France flanker Fulgence Ouedraogo will fly home from New Zealand after suffering an ankle injury in the first Test in Auckland.
Ouedraogo was forced to leave the field in the 38th minute against the All Blacks as his side eventually lost the first Test 23-13.
The 26-year old will now return to France but will not require an operation.
Coach Philippe Saint-André has called up Perpignan back-row Damien Chouly in Ouedraogo's place.
Chouly, who has nine caps, is unlikely to feature in the second Test against New Zealand in Christchurch next weekend.
Elsewhere, young Toulouse centre Gael Fickou is back in training and could play a part in the upcoming fixture against the Blues in Auckland on Tuesday.
